Next South Florida (nextsouthflorida.com) is an independent editorial guide to new residential developments and neighbourhoods in South Florida — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. The site is run by Eric Dier, New Construction Expert in South Florida, and is based at Aventura Blvd., Miami, FL 33180.

2. What the site provides

The site publishes editorial guides, market context and factual information about new developments, including pricing, deposits, amenities, timelines and rental rules as stated by developers and public sources at the time of publication. Information is provided for general guidance only.

3. Accuracy and changes

We research each guide from developer documents, public records and official announcements, and we update articles when details change. Even so, prices, availability, timelines, floor plans and amenities can change without notice. Always confirm the current facts directly with the developer or sales gallery before making a decision. We are not responsible for changes made by a developer after publication.

4. Not professional advice

Content on this site is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it is not a real-estate brokerage service. Nothing on the site creates a broker–client relationship. For advice about a purchase, consult a licensed real-estate agent, attorney or financial adviser.
