Who we are

Next South Florida is an independent editorial guide to new residential developments and neighbourhoods in South Florida — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. The site is run by Eric Dier, New Construction Expert in South Florida.

How we research

Every guide is researched from primary sources wherever possible: developer documents and price lists, official announcements, public records, and the project’s own published materials. We cross-check key facts — developer, architect, address, unit count, completion date, pricing and amenities — before publication.

What we publish

We publish original guides to new condo developments and neighbourhoods, and market context that helps buyers compare options. We do not republish press releases as articles, and we do not use automated or AI-generated articles without human research, writing and review.

Independence

Editorial guides are never paid placements. Sponsored content, where it appears, is always clearly labelled as sponsored and is separate from editorial coverage. Advertisers do not influence which developments we cover or what we say about them.

Corrections

Facts change — prices move, timelines shift, amenities are revised. When we learn a detail has changed, or that we got something wrong, we correct the article and, where the change is material, note that it was updated. Readers can report an error or an out-of-date fact by emailing nextsouthflorida1@gmail.com.

Images on the site come from the development or neighbourhood being covered, from our own photography, or from sources credited on the page. We do not present stock images as photographs of a specific property.
