Brickell, Florida: Neighborhood Guide

Miami's financial district: glass towers, Brickell City Centre, rooftop dining and strong rental demand.

Explore Brickell Neighborhood

Brickell is a neighborhood in the City of Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida, located just south of Downtown along Biscayne Bay and the Miami River.

Often called the Manhattan of the South, Brickell is Miami’s financial district and one of the densest urban neighborhoods in Florida. Glass high-rises line Brickell Avenue, home to international banks, law firms and thousands of residential condos, while Brickell Key offers a quieter island setting just across the bridge.

Daily life is highly walkable: the Metromover and Metrorail connect the neighborhood to Downtown and the rest of Miami, and Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village put shopping, dining and nightlife at street level. Strong rental demand and constant new construction make Brickell one of the most active condo markets in South Florida.
